Add zoom integration

  1. Navigate to the settings via the "Settings" tab.
     
  2. Select "Integrations" in the side menu. 
     
  3. Click on "Connect" to integrate Zoom. 
     
  4. You will be redirected to your web browser. Please confirm with "Confirm". 
     
  5. Log in to the web browser with your Zelvor login data (the same user data that you used to log in to the application). 
     
  6. You will now be redirected to the Zelvor integration center. 
     
  7. Select "Sign in with Zoom".
     
  8. Log in to your Zoom account with your login data.
     
  9. Confirm the integration of Zoom in Zelvor by clicking on "Allow".
     
  10. Zoom has been successfully integrated into your Zelvor account.
     

Use Case

When meetings are created in the Zelvor application, users will be able to automatically attach a Zoom meeting invitation (link, dial-in details) to their meetings. With the integration of Zoom, Zelvor will be authorized to manage (schedule, reschedule, delete) Zoom meetings on behalf of the user.

Remove Zoom integration

  1. Follow steps 1-6 of the "Add Zoom Integration" instructions above to access the Zelvor Integration Center. Then click on "Remove integration" under Zoom.
     
  2. Confirm that the Zoom integration should be removed.
  3. The zoom integration has been successfully removed.
