Responding to Meeting Invitations

Respond to Invitations via the Dashboard

1. In the lower right corner you will find appointment invitations.

   

2. By clicking on the arrow you can see more details about the meeting.

   

3. You can accept or decline the appointment. A replied appointment is moved to your Manage Meetings tab.

   

Respond to Invitations via the "Meeting Requests" Tab

1. Navigate to the “Meeting Requests”-Tab.

   

2. You can see all the details of your invitation here.

   

3. You can accept or decline the appointment invitation.

   

Reconfirm Cancelled Invitations

1. Navigate to the “Meeting Requests”-Tab.

   

2. Select Declined from the drop-down menu.

   

3. You can now accept your cancelled invitations again.
