Notifications
Manage the Notification Settings
Navigate to the "Settings" tab via the side menu of the Zelvor application.
Please select the "Notifications" tab in the settings menu.
Enable or disable individual notifications via the toggle. A red toggle enables the notification, a gray toogle disables the notification.
In-app push notifications cannot currently be disabled.
Confirm your changes via the "Save Changes" button.
Notifications for Meeting Hosts
Notification | Definition |
---|---|
Invitee responded to your Zelvor meeting request | A person you invited to a meeting has responded to your invitation. |
Your Zelvor meeting has encountered a problem | Your Zelvor meeting has encountered a problem. There was a problem allocating the time slot for your meeting. Please check the error message and change the time slot for your appointment if necessary. |
Pending response for your Zelvor meeting | One or more people invited to an appointment have not yet responded to your invitation. |
Your Zelvor meeting has been locked | Your meeting has changed from adjustable to non-adjustable and will not be rescheduled automatically. |
Your Zelvor meeting has been scheduled successfully | A time slot has been successfully assigned to your meeting. |
Your Zelvor meeting has been rescheduled | Your meeting has been automatically rescheduled to eliminate a conflict or to better accommodate user preferences. |
Notifications for Invited Persons of Meetings
Notification | Definition |
---|---|
New Zelvor meeting request | You have received a new meeting invitation. |
Please answer your Zelvor meeting request | You have not responded to an appointment invitation for 24 hours. |
Notifications for confirmed Participants of Meetings
Notification | Definition |
---|---|
Your Zelvor meeting has been scheduled successfully | Your appointment has been successfully assigned a time slot. |
Your Zelvor meeting has been locked | Your meeting has changed from adjustable to non-adjustable and will no longer be rescheduled automatically. |
Your Zelvor meeting has been cancelled | The host has cancelled your meeting. |
Request for a change of your Zelvor meeting | The host has changed the specifications of your meeting (for example, the time slot or meeting length). |
Location updated for your Zelvor meeting | The host has updated the location for your meeting (for example, from Microsoft Teams to Zoom). |
Agenda updated for your Zelvor meeting | The host has updated the agenda for your meeting. |
Other Notifications
Notification | Definition |

Problem with Zelvor integration | There was a problem with one of your existing integrations (e.g. Google Calendar or Outlook). Please contact Zelvor support to resolve the issue |
