Calendar Overview

• You can see the calendar overview of Zelvor below. You can switch between a monthly, weekly and daily view in the top right tab.

• The calendar has a color coding:

  • Blue appointments = Flexible meetings that can still be rescheduled flexibly by Zelvor ("Adjustable Meetings").

  • Red appointments = Meetings that are fixed in the calendar and cannot be automatically rescheduled by Zelvor ("Non-Adjustable Meetings").

  • Green appointments = External appointments that you have scheduled outside of Zelvor and are in your synchronized calendar.

• You can schedule a new appointment or create an absence using the buttons above the calendar.

• Clicking on the arrow inside an appointment box in your calendar, will take you to more information about your appointment.
