Calendar Sync

Open Integration Center

  1. Navigate to the settings via the "Settings" tab.

  2. Choose “Calendar Sync”.

  3. To integrate your Outlook or Google Calendar user account, click Connect.

  4. You will be redirected to your web browser. Please confirm with "Confirm".

  5. Log in to the web browser using your Zelvor login credentials (the same user credentials you used to log in to the application).

  6. You will now be redirected to the Zelvor integration center.

Integrate Outlook

  1. Please click on “Sign in with Microsoft”.

  2. You will be redirected to the Microsoft website. Log in here with your Microsoft account that you want to integrate with Zelvor. Confirm the integration of Zelvor.

  3. You will be redirected back to the Zelvor Integration Center. You will see the successful integration of your Microsoft account. By default, the initial integration automatically integrates your calendar as well as Microsoft Teams and Skype.

Integrate Google Calendar

  1. Please click on “Sign in with Google”.

  2. You will be redirected to the Google website. Log in here with your Google account that you want to integrate into Zelvor.

  3. You will get a notice that Zelvor is currently not yet verified by Google. To integrate Zelvor, click on "Advanced" or in the English version on "Advanced".

  4. Click below to open Zelvor.

  5. Put a check behind all integrations to integrate Zelvor.

  6. Click "Next" to confirm the integration.

  7. You will be redirected back to the Zelvor Integration Center. You will see the successful integration of your Google account. By default, your calendar and Google Meet are automatically integrated with the initial integration.

Remove Integration

  1. To remove an integration, click Remove. You can remove either individual apps from Google or Microsoft, or the entire integration.

  2. Confirm that you want to remove the integration.
