      Zelvor Installation

      Installation on a Windows PC

      Supported versions

      Windows 10, Windows 11

      1. Visit the download link to the installation package.

      2. Open the installation package and follow the installation steps.

      3. Check the "Create Desktop Shortcut" box to create the Zelvor app directly on your desktop surface.

      4. Open the Zelvor app. Click on "Change Server" and make sure that the correct server address of your organization is stored here. If you are unsure, ask your administrator or the Zelvor team for your server address.

      5. Log in with the log-in data (username and password) provided to you. Your username is your email address.

      Installation on an Apple Mac

      Supported versions

      Mac OS X Leopard (10.5.8), Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.8), OS X Lion (10.7.5), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), OS X Yosemite (10.10. 5), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), macOS Sierra (10.12.6), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), macOS Mojave (10.14.6), macOS Big Sur (11.7.9), macOS Monterey (12.6.8), macOS Ventura (13.5.1).

      1. Visit the download link to the installation package.

      2. Open the installation package and follow the installation steps.

      3. Click on “open” to allow the installation of the Zelvor app.

      4. Open the Zelvor app. Click on "Change Server" and make sure that the correct server address of your organization is stored here. If you are unsure, ask your administrator or the Zelvor team for your server address.

      5. Log in with the log-in data (username and password) provided to you. Your username is your email address.
