Changing/Cancelling Meetings

Change Meetings

  1. Navigate to “Manage Meetings”.

  2. Select "Hosted" from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

  3. Click the screwdriver icon to edit the appointment. The appointment wizard will open where you can edit the specifications of the appointment. Please see "Send appointment invitations" in the wiki on how to edit the parameters of the appointment.

Cancel Meetings

  1. Click the "X" icon to the appointment you want to cancel.

  2. Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window.

  3. The cancellation of the appointment will be confirmed to you.

View Meeting Details

  1. Click on the info icon to view the meeting details.

  2. A window will open where you can see all the details of the meeting.
